Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are between Hunter Private Tours (ABN 92605302627), its successors and assignees (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, the person, organisation or entity that purchases Services from us (referred to as “you” or “your”), and collectively the Parties.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales made by us to you.
You have requested specific services, described on and able to be ordered via our website hunterprivatetours.com.au
You accept these Terms by completing the online booking form and receiving our confirmation email.
You agree that these Terms form the agreement under which we will supply Services to you. Please read these Terms carefully. Please contact us if you have any questions using the contact details at the end of these Terms. Using or purchasing our Services indicates that you have had sufficient opportunity to read these Terms and contact us if needed, that you have read, accepted, and will comply with these Terms, and that you are 18 years or older, or have the consent of a legal guardian who is 18 years or older. You must not order or use the Services if you are under 18 years of age or do not have the consent of a legal guardian who is 18 years or older. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use or purchase our Services from us.
We will not commence performing the Services until you have paid the full tour amount.
Booking your tour
We have just 2 cars and therefore only 2 bookings per day – once booked, your car is reserved for your private and exclusive use on your tour day.
Tours are confirmed with full payment ($450)
Upon receipt, this payment secures your booking and we can create your itinerary.
More than 14 days from date of your tour – we will deduct $100 admin fee from any monies paid.
Less than 14 days from date of your tour – no refund unless we can replace your booking, then $100 admin fee will be deducted.
We are not liable for:
1. Any actions or services performed by third parties (eg tasting venues, dining venues, other tour operators etc)
2. Personal injury whilst on the tour
3. Loss or damage to your property, including purchases and items you bring on board.
4. Travel restrictions imposed by Local or State Authorities (the pandemic and possible travel restrictions are now very much part of our lives)
Our reputation is extremely important to us in this small community – therefore please note:
NSW Law prohibits the consumption of alcohol in a tour vehicle – please wait until you in a licensed premises or enjoying a picnic.
We reserve the right to immdiately cancel the remainder of your tour if you are intoxicated, disorderly, disrespectful, or create a public disturbance.
Also, please note:
If we are unable to conduct your booked tour for any reason, we will transfer you to another private tour operator, and if unsuccessful, will refund all monies paid.
